Limited Space Available. Athletes looking to take there performance to the next level in track and field know that the off-season training builds the body to produce the numbers!
Athletes will gain the following:
Increase Hip Mobility
Endurance/ CORE Stability
Speed/Explosiveness
Increase Strength in Hamstrings and Glutes from Weight Room/Plyometrics Training
Increase Drive Phase/Running Form Correction
Athletes will train 3 times a week starting Sept 4th through Nov 7th.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

A Capacity of 45 athletes per Season.
Please note that the placement of athletes in Track Meets is decided by Coaches and is based on student athlete performance and work ethics. Track and Field in the youth section is very competitive and we teach athletes through growth, hard work and preparation which prepares them mentally and physically to step on a track to compete with confidence.
Please be advised athletes that train months ahead of time with us in preparation for the next season will have a better chance of making try-outs for our travel team.

Requirements
Meeting the Team Requirements: (Ages 7 thru 18)
We compete in AAU/USATF sanctioned meets that host ages from Elementary, Middle and High Schools.
High School Athletes will be required to provide the following information:
Maintain a GPA of 2.75 or higher (Quarterly Reports)
