S&E Track Club

Our club is focused on developing young talent in the right way. Our goal is to open opportunities to an elite training program that athletes looking to improve and take their track and field skills to the next level.

Grading performance in track n field using metrics is a must and we ask every parent and athlete to look at your athlete’s performance the last few years, all their times should be on the internet. Do you see their improvements? Then look up our times and see for yourself why our elementary, middle school and high school athletes are putting down solid times and showing a growth curve every year with times going down.

Justin Wallace

Justin Wallace

Justin Wallace serves as the Head Coach of Speed & Endurance Track Club, bringing a proven track record of success and a deep passion for developing elite sprinters. A former Division I athlete at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), Justin competed in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes, earning multiple Atlantic 10 Conference championships as part of the 4x100-meter relay team and securing finalist honors in individual sprint events. Before his collegiate career, Justin excelled at Calvert High School in Maryland, where he was a multi-time Conference and Regional Champion, a 2A State runner-up, and a Junior Olympics and Nationals qualifier. His commitment to excellence—both on and off the track—drives his mission to mentor athletes, instill discipline, and cultivate the next generation of champions.

Greg Harris

A native of Southern Maryland, Greg Harris brings over 27 years of experience in training and coaching athletes across multiple disciplines. With a deep passion for athletic development, he focuses on building complete athletes through programs that enhance strength, performance, and longevity. Areas of Expertise: Group Training Personal Training CORE Training Running Mechanics Specialist Rehab/Post Specialist Mission: Greg’s mission is to develop comprehensive athletes both in-season and off-season through a structured evaluation program designed to identify structural imbalances, address injuries, guide rehabilitation, and implement strategies for long-term injury prevention.

Programs

Strength and Conditioning

  • Weight training: Focus on functional movements to build muscle mass and strength.

  • Plyometrics: Box jumps, tuck jumps, and jump squats for explosive power.

  • Core & balance: Strengthen stability and control.

Off Season Registration

Technique and Speed Development

  • Speed training: Acceleration and top-end speed through flying sprints and varied starts.

  • Skill work: Refine event-specific technique and perfect movement patterns.

  • Meets will require travel.

  • Athletes must meet Head Coach standards for training.

  • This is not a fitness program; it targets seasoned athletes seeking college recruitment opportunities.

  • Training commitment: 2–4 days per week.
