We have 3 programs that appeal to athletes at all stages in their athletic development. We train from age groups 7 thru 18.

Strength and Conditioning

At S & E Track Club we understand that proper running technique and engaging the CORE is the foundation to success in track and field. If your athlete is cycling and not getting faster, they need detail CORE training to develop the proper strength in the muscles to produce force to the ground in foot strike. We are your one stop shop to assist in those efforts.

Elite Performance Conditioning

This program includes one of Southern Maryland exclusive training at GH3D Performance Facility who has partnered with S & E Track to premier the Finest Athlete Track Talent Southern Maryland has to offer.

  • Acceleration, Change of Direction, Footwork, balance
  • Injury Prevention, joint stability, body control, landing mechanics

Training for Track and Field Competition

S & E Track Club is the house of southern speed. We pride ourselves on the many accomplishments our athletes have made on and off the track. If your looking to compete and travel to some of our nations top track meets within AAU and USATF, we welcome you to become part of our track family. The first steps will require that your athlete complete a 2-week training review/tryouts.

  • Training for Regional/National Track Competition (Nike, New Balance, AAU)
  • FAT Timing Track Meets (Required for College Recruitment)
  • Assistance with College Track and Field Recruitment
