S&E’s New Training Track & Field Off-Season Program
Student athletes ages 12–18. Restricted to 20 athletes.
The off-season is one of the most important windows for athletic development. Rather than serving only as a break from competition, it gives athletes time to recover, rebuild, and prepare for the demands of the next season.
The New Training Track Off-Season Program is designed to help athletes improve foundational strength, movement quality, conditioning, and confidence while reducing the risk of burnout and overuse injuries.
Limited Spots: Registration is restricted to 20 athletes.

- Athletes must meet the Head Coach’s training standards.
- This is not a recreational or fitness program — serious athletes only.
- Commitment: 2–4 training days per week.
