Strength & Conditioning

  • Plyometrics: Box jumps, tuck jumps, and jump squats to boost explosive power and fast-twitch activation.
  • Core & balance: Stability work and balance drills to improve proprioception and control through each phase of the sprint.

Technique & Speed Development

  • Speed training: Acceleration and top-end work with flying sprints and starts from varied positions to sharpen mechanics and rhythm.
  • Skill work: Event-specific technical refinement—perfect blocks, stride frequency/length, and alignment; off-season is ideal for correcting inefficiencies.
